The original house built in 1982 was about 1900 sq ft. The original owners Phil and Janet Oja made a major addition in 1997-8 at the same time as we were adding to our house in Melville. The finish work, that I believe Phil did himself, is outstanding and included an incredible collection of cabinets in the Dining Room, Kitchen and one of the bedrooms (now and office). What you see here all came with the house.
